Volta Villa homes are enchantingly filled with light – the interiors are given a spacious appearance by the 3.6-meter-high ceilings and tall arched windows, further accentuated by deep window sills. The interior design of the apartments is based on authentic building details – the rooms feature robust wine-red metal posts, wall niches in thick limestone walls, and beautiful semi-circular windows on the top floor. The interiors are finished with timelessly classical interior design, allowing the homes to shine in their full glory.
At Volta Villa, you will be greeted by an impressive main entrance adorned with columns. In the heart of the building, a magnificent main staircase with ceiling cornices, vaulted ceilings, and decorative metal railings has been restored, while preserving authentic floor tiles. The building has a high basement level, which raises the main floors. In the lower part of the building, rare brick vaulted ceilings are preserved – these spaces are now used for storage rooms and bicycle storage.
In collaboration with interior architect Aet Piel, floor plans have been developed that emphasize the volume of the spaces and natural light. Open floor plans cleverly utilize the potential of the former executive building, valuing the unique characteristics of the historical building.

The more than 120-year-old history of the Volta machine factory area is gradually being revitalized into a unique residential and business quarter. Authentic industrial buildings are tastefully reconstructed, and completely new A-energy class buildings are added. All of this is done with Endover’s signature style – exceptionally high ceilings, large chequered windows, and distinctive industrial architecture.
