Endover leads the developers in sales turnover and sees a growing trend in the capital of people moving from private houses into large apartments.

Prices for Volta SKAI homes start from €249,900, and the first new homes and commercial premises will be completed already in autumn 2026.

Volta SKAI OÜ, a subsidiary of Endover, will early-redeem on 2 July 2026 the bonds issued to finance the construction of Tower A.

The Offering attracted 895 investors who subscribed for bonds totalling €11.480 million – the base issue size of €3.5 million was oversubscribed more than 3.3 times. 

Endover's subsidiary POS11 OÜ has redeemed €14 million worth of bonds ahead of schedule.

On 21 January, representatives of Endover’s subsidiary Volta SKAI OÜ rang the traditional Nasdaq opening bell.

A total of 488 investors participated in the offering, submitting subscriptions amounting to EUR 5.136 million. 

The historic industrial building on Mootori Street, more than 125 years old, has undergone extensive reconstruction and gained a new life as a modern mixed-use building.

Today in the Volta Quarter, developer Endover broke ground on the first stage of construction for the Volta SKAI high-rise duo.
