A new chapter in the Volta SKAI story: homes in the high-rise duo’s B-tower are now available

July 14th 2026

The B-tower expands the Volta SKAI home selection with even more diverse opportunities.

A new chapter has opened in the Volta SKAI story — public sales of homes in the high-rise duo’s B-tower have begun. Located in Volta Quarter, Tallinn’s most valued new residential and business district, the new tower adds a selection of 45-170 m² homes, attractive investment units, commercial premises and offices to Volta SKAI.

Volta SKAI is set to become one of the most distinctive landmarks in North Tallinn — a home where seaside urban living, views, architecture and a thoughtfully designed living environment come together at a new height. ARS Projekt architect Rasmus Tamme has described Volta SKAI as one of Endover’s most expressive buildings: “This building is the most expressive and distinctive of all the Endover buildings we have designed.”

The B-tower expands the Volta SKAI home selection with new thoughtfully designed layouts, captivating views and even more diverse opportunities. The new tower offers more spacious homes, layouts with ceilings up to 3.8 metres high, and views of the Old Town, the sea and the greenery of the peninsula. Early buyers have the opportunity to choose from the best views, the most suitable layouts and more attractive price levels.

Framing the most beautiful painting

Homes in the Volta SKAI B-tower open up views in every direction — towards the Old Town, the sea, the city centre skyline and the greenery of the Paljassaare peninsula. These views can be enjoyed through Volta SKAI’s signature curved glass balconies and terraces, panoramic windows and soaring ceilings. Volta SKAI creative director Maarja-Linda Taur has emphasised that here, the views are not merely an added value, but the starting point of the entire feeling of home: “The dark window frames frame the most beautiful painting that opens from your home window.”

When designing the building, the architects also focused on making the most of Volta SKAI’s height and location for the benefit of the homes. According to ARS Projekt architect Ats Budell, the aim on the upper floors is not simply to maximise the number of apartments, but to value the views and spatial experience. This is why large window surfaces, corner windows, curved glass balconies and spacious terraces play such an important role in Volta SKAI homes. According to the architects, the use of large corner windows was not accidental, but a deliberate decision — allowing more daylight to flow into the homes and opening views in several directions.

A home with a sense of future

The B-tower stands out for its wider selection of homes designed for different stages of life and needs. The selection includes smaller investment-friendly apartments of approximately 45 m², attractive commercial premises and offices, as well as spacious family apartments of up to 170 m², offering room, light and openness. On the highest floors, you will find SKAI Villas — homes created in close cooperation with architects as bespoke residences, reflecting the owner’s taste, lifestyle and dreams in every detail.

According to Maarja-Linda Taur, the spaciousness of Volta SKAI homes is expressed not only in square metres, but also in proportions: high ceilings, large glass surfaces, extensive terraces and privacy create an atmosphere that is rare in the Estonian context.

At the same time, Volta SKAI has not been designed solely for its distinctive form or views. Its homes are also defined by spatial logic that takes the full life cycle into account. Maarja-Linda Taur has explained the meaning behind Volta SKAI’s slogan “A home with a sense of future” as follows: “It speaks of homes that are not designed only for today’s needs, but also for tomorrow and the day after tomorrow.”

A gateway to the entire quarter

The 12-storey Volta SKAI high-rise duo is designed for those who see real estate as more than square metres. It is an asset in one of the most promising focal points of Tallinn’s new seaside urban space.

As the only high-rise building in the area, Volta SKAI opens up unprecedented views of Tallinn Bay, Noblessner marina and the city skyline — views that will remain in the future. The homes have been designed with longevity, sustainability and the human life cycle in mind: thoughtful layouts, wider passageways, quality materials, smart home solutions and a healthy indoor climate create a home that supports comfortable living both today and in the future. In selected apartments, ventilation with air humidification adds further quality of life.

Everyday life is enriched here by a designed lobby, a rooftop park with landscaped relaxation areas and playgrounds overlooking the sea, and the entire modern living environment of Volta Quarter, where the value of a home lies in its views, architecture and surrounding urban space.

Volta SKAI rises on the edge of Volta Quarter, at the junction of Kalaranna, Tööstuse and Krulli streets. According to the architects, this location is central to the essence of Volta SKAI — it is not merely a new building, but a landmark that gives the entire quarter a new identity.

“The fact that the signature development of the quarter is located on the corner of the quarter is actually a classic approach,” architect Ats Budell has explained. Volta SKAI’s street level has been designed to actively engage with the urban space: display windows, a representative lobby and commercial premises make the building a gateway to the entire Volta Quarter.

According to Rasmus Tamme, the lobby is what carries the tone and value of the building: “The lobby is the building’s representative space, a room that every visitor passes through.” This means the Volta SKAI home experience begins even before reaching the apartment door — with the building’s architecture, the arrival experience, light and the surrounding environment.

First new homes and commercial premises of Volta SKAI will be completed already in autumn 2026.

Volta Quarter — the city’s most valued new residential and business district

Volta Quarter is located on one of Tallinn’s most desirable seaside axes. It is a residential and business district where homes, commercial premises, services, sports facilities, cafés and high-quality public space come together.

The Volta SKAI building complex is already home to a MyFitness sports club, while the quarter also features padel courts, cafés, bakeries and other services. In the future, Volta Quarter will be complemented by a kindergarten and a green park area, creating an environment where everyday life is convenient, complete and value-enhancing over time.

Prices for Volta SKAI homes start from €249,900, and the first new homes and commercial premises will be completed already in autumn 2026.
