A total of 32 investors participated in the second series of the Volta SKAI B bond issue, with an average investment of 125,000 euros.

The capital raised in the bond issue will be directed towards financing the construction of the B tower of the Volta SKAI high-rise in the Volta quarter.

Volta SKAI OÜ, a subsidiary of Endover, will early-redeem on 2 July 2026 the bonds issued to finance the construction of Tower A.

The Offering attracted 895 investors who subscribed for bonds totalling €11.480 million – the base issue size of €3.5 million was oversubscribed more than 3.3 times. 

Subscription for the new Volta SKAI OÜ bonds opened on 25 February 2026 at 10:00 and runs until 4 March at 15:30.

On 21 January, representatives of Endover’s subsidiary Volta SKAI OÜ rang the traditional Nasdaq opening bell.

A total of 488 investors participated in the offering, submitting subscriptions amounting to EUR 5.136 million.
