On Tuesday, 7 April, the cornerstone of Põhja-Tallinn’s first high-rise – Volta SKAI – was laid in the Volta Quarter in Tallinn.

Endover is launching the sale of apartments in the first, 12-storey tower of Volta SKAI.

On 21 January, representatives of Endover’s subsidiary Volta SKAI OÜ rang the traditional Nasdaq opening bell.

The historic industrial building on Mootori Street, more than 125 years old, has undergone extensive reconstruction and gained a new life as a modern mixed-use building.

The club opened with a festive joint workout attended by beloved singers, actors and influencers. The event was hosted by Franz Malmsten.

The €8 million secured bond issue of Volta SKAI OÜ, Estonian company operating under the brand of local real estate developer Endover, was oversubscribed 2.2 times.

At present, Volta already has four padel courts. A larger sports hall is also in the works, though its exact composition is still being finalized.

The first and second tranches were oversubscribed, while the third was fully subscribed ahead of time, reflecting the continued interest among investors in covered bonds and Endover’s development projects.
