On Tuesday, 7 April, the cornerstone of Põhja-Tallinn’s first high-rise – Volta SKAI – was laid in the Volta Quarter in Tallinn.

Endover's subsidiary POS11 OÜ has redeemed €14 million worth of bonds ahead of schedule.

Subscription for the new Volta SKAI OÜ bonds opened on 25 February 2026 at 10:00 and runs until 4 March at 15:30.

On 21 January, representatives of Endover’s subsidiary Volta SKAI OÜ rang the traditional Nasdaq opening bell.

A total of 488 investors participated in the offering, submitting subscriptions amounting to EUR 5.136 million.

Roul Tutt, with extensive experience in banking and energy sector management, has started as the new CEO of Endover.

The €8 million secured bond issue of Volta SKAI OÜ, Estonian company operating under the brand of local real estate developer Endover, was oversubscribed 2.2 times.

This was the second part of a wider targeted bond programme of up to €14 million to be used for the development of Stage V of Volta Residences at Uus-Volta 6.
