The striking new building of Volta Gallery Lofts draws its inspiration from a century-old architectural language. The slender silhouette of the arched windows on the stately limestone façade has been carried over into the building’s modern wing. Completion is already set for spring 2027!

A Home With Room to Breathe

The new phase brings courtyard family homes to the Volta quarter, featuring sun-drenched terraces of up to 15 m² and bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes. On the upper floor, light-filled homes await with thoughtful layouts and an abundance of natural light.

Homes are defined by high ceilings reaching up to 3.1 metres, elegant herringbone flooring, and finishes featuring Hansgrohe fixtures and large-format tiles. Each home also comes equipped with a smart home system, heat-recovery ventilation, and underfloor heating throughout.

Versatile Commercial Spaces in North Tallinn's New Hub

The new phase adds versatile commercial spaces to the Volta quarter, including investment-ready studio lofts in both the building’s historic and modern wings. These spaces are ideally suited for services, retail, food and beverage, or office use.

The building sits within the quiet, secure Volta residential quarter, bordering the Krulli quarter and just steps from Kalamaja Park and the sea. Kalaranna Street provides swift connections to the city centre. The new Krulli Street, complete with a safe intersection, is set for completion in autumn 2026.

The Volta quarter is Estonia’s most beloved new residential address. According to Citify sales data, more new apartments were sold in the Volta quarter than anywhere else in Tallinn between 2023 and 2025.
