Volta SKAI OÜ, an affiliate of Endover, one of Estonia's most experienced real estate developers, is planning its first retail-targeted bond issuance this year under the €30 million bond program confirmed in September

During the offering period from September 17 to September 26, Volta SKAI OÜ will issue up to EUR 8 million worth of secured bonds with a nominal value of EUR 1,000 each.

The first and second tranches were oversubscribed, while the third was fully subscribed ahead of time, reflecting the continued interest among investors in covered bonds and Endover’s development projects.

This was the second part of a wider targeted bond programme of up to €14 million to be used for the development of Stage V of Volta Residences at Uus-Volta 6.

The anchor tenant of the first phase of the Volta HUB under construction will be MyFitness, which plans to open the most modern fitness club in the Baltics here in the beginning of the new year.

The new phase of Volta will introduce three additional A-energy-rated apartment buildings, designed by the Apex architecture firm, into this historic quarter built on the principles of the 15-minute city.

Despite the downturn in the real estate market, December was one of the most successful months for Endover last year – 18 transactions were concluded in Tallinn, the turnover amounted to 5 million euros, and about 1,200 square meters of new apartments and commercial premises found their owners.
