Today in the Volta Quarter, developer Endover broke ground on the first stage of construction for the Volta SKAI high-rise duo.

Roul Tutt, with extensive experience in banking and energy sector management, has started as the new CEO of Endover.

At present, Volta already has four padel courts. A larger sports hall is also in the works, though its exact composition is still being finalized.

During the offering period from September 17 to September 26, Volta SKAI OÜ will issue up to EUR 8 million worth of secured bonds with a nominal value of EUR 1,000 each.

Construction is underway on six new residential buildings with a Class A energy rating in the Volta Quarter in Põhja-Tallinn.

The anchor tenant of the first phase of the Volta HUB under construction will be MyFitness, which plans to open the most modern fitness club in the Baltics here in the beginning of the new year.
