The 3 stages of the sales process


1. Booking

When booking an apartment, a reservation agreement is made with the buyer, and to confirm the purchase intention, the buyer pays a deposit of 1000 euros.


2. Preliminary Sales Contract

A notarial preliminary sales contract is signed with the buyer, where all the details of the transaction are agreed upon. The precondition for the preliminary contract is that the buyer has paid 15% of the transaction’s sale price.


3. Real Rights Contract

When the apartment is ready for handover, a notarial real rights contract is signed, the buyer pays the remaining part of the purchase price, and the transfer of ownership of the apartment takes place.


The price of the apartment includes

  • Interior finishing of the Villa packages
  • Construction of technical networks and connection to them (water, electricity, sewage)

The price of the apartment does not include

  • Parking space
  • Storage unit
  • Premium package interior finishing
  • Notary fees and state duty associated with signing the sales contract (paid by the buyer)
  • Data communication, cable TV, telephone, and security connection fees
