The Rocca al Mare estate built two centuries ago gave its name to the entire area. The estate’s Italian name translates to „cliff by the sea”. Now, on the 21st century, we wanted to give it a new meaning in the form of an architectural work truly deserving of the name of a seaside cliff. Rocca Towers brings residences to the Tallinn cityscape, which will raise peoples’ gazes, minds, senses and thoughts to metropolitan heights.

Construction quality
The homes at Rocca Towers combine both airy lightness of the seaside as well as warmth of home.
