At the heart of the Volta Quarter will soon lie a 1.5-hectare peaceful landscaped park, winding through the district and offering a serene space to recharge both body and mind. From the spring of  2025, residents can play padel at the city’s most stylish new sports centre, Endover Volta Padel. Furthermore, fitness enthusiasts will soon enjoy access to the world-class MyFitness club and yoga studios, all within Volta. In Volta’s backyard, the Krulli business quarter, akin to a local Silicon Valley, is emerging. Recently, Wise’s headquarters has established itself in Krulli, laying a significant cornerstone for the development of the local technology hub. Together with Noblessner and Krulli, this once-famous industrial area is transforming into Estonia’s first 15-minute city.

Volta Quarter is becoming a neighborhood characterized by a strong sense of belonging. The heart of Volta community life will be a landscaped park area that runs through the quarter, offering leisure activities for the little ones, adults, and four-legged friends alike. Volta will also have its very own kindergarten where children can conveniently run over the backyard straight from home. Throughout the quarter, parking is directed underground, making the living environment safely car-free.
