Volta Villa underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2024, during which the building’s century-old architecture was revitalized. Timelessly elegant interiors with tall ceilings and captivating arched windows span across three floors, paying homage to the beauty that has been preserved throughout history. Only a limited collection of 2-4-room apartments are available.

Stunning architecture dating back to 1899

The building’s 125th anniversary was celebrated with dignity by opening a new chapter for the future. During the reconstruction, the original neo-historicist exterior architecture was preserved. On the main facade, Renaissance-style decorations came to life, featuring a columned main entrance and a magnificent cornice along the roofline. Inside the building, the interiors are adorned with timelessly stylish elements, including thick limestone walls, authentic wooden-framed arched windows, metal posts, and of course, grand ceiling heights.

Carrying on the legacy of Volta Quarter

Over the century several generations have passed at the Tööstuse Street 47. Now, it is ready for its new chapter, continuing the legacy of the Volta quarter. The reconstruction of Volta Villa was led by APEX architecture office, under the guidance of chief architect Janar Blehner, whose portfolio also includes Volta Lofts, 47B Lofts, and the recently completed Volta Gallery Lofts at the Volta quarter.
