Holiday offers

Terms of the holiday campaign: 

•  The campaign is valid for apartment reservations made between 15.11.2022-15.01.2023. 
•  The campaign applies once a notarised sales contract under the Law of Obligations is entered into with the buyer.  
•  When purchasing a new Volta Residences home during the campaign period, the developer reimburses the utility costs of the purchased apartment (electricity, heating, water, etc. included in the bill issued by the apartment association) until the end of 2023, i.e. from the conclusion of the notarized property rights agreement for the apartment until 31.12.2023, up to 3,000 euros per apartment. Reimbursement of utility costs by the developer takes place monthly and is based on the utility bill(s) submitted by the buyer to the developer and issued by the apartment association, and if they do not include electricity, the electricity bills issued by the service provider for the respective apartment will be covered separately. Other expenses and obligations assumed by the owner of the apartment, which are not reflected in the campaign conditions (communication, security, etc.) and are unrelated to the purchased apartment, are not eligible for compensation within the campaign. The developer pays the amount to be reimbursed monthly to the buyer’s bank account specified in the notarized sales contract of the apartment purchased as part of the campaign and under the conditions specified in the sales contract. 
•  The value of the special offer depends on the size of the apartment to be purchased and includes VAT. 
•  Instead of gifts, the buyer may choose a discount on the price of an apartment in the corresponding value.
