Terms of the holiday campaign:

The campaign is applicable for the reservation of an apartment or commercial property between November 15, 2023, and January 15, 2024.
The campaign is activated upon the signing of a notarial real estate contract.
The value of the campaign offer depends on the size of the purchased apartment or commercial property and includes VAT.
The basis for reimbursing EURIBOR costs is a personal loan offer made by the purchaser’s bank or other financial service provider and presented to the developer. The campaign offer is based on the prevailing 6-month EURIBOR rate at the time of the real estate transaction. The EURIBOR compensation does not account for potential EURIBOR rate changes during the annual period, meaning the EURIBOR benefit is calculated based on the 6-month EURIBOR rate in effect at the time of the real estate transaction. The loan margin is not eligible for reimbursement within the framework of this campaign.
The kitchen and interior design credit is valid for six months from the signing of the real estate contract with the kitchen or interior design provider.
For the purchase of an income-generating commercial space up to 200 m2, a furnishing credit of €15,000. For the purchase of an income-generating commercial spaces exceeding 200 m2, a furnishing credit of €18,000.
Only one campaign applies to the purchase of a single apartment or commercial property at a time.
