The new 10-kilometer route of Estonia’s largest popular sporting event will pass through the Volta Quarter

Given the strong interest from homebuyers and investors, Endover has decided to bring the third phase of the historic Volta Quarter to the market before the end of the year.

Despite the downturn in the real estate market, December was one of the most successful months for Endover last year – 18 transactions were concluded in Tallinn, the turnover amounted to 5 million euros, and about 1,200 square meters of new apartments and commercial premises found their owners.

In a few years, the historic Volta quarter will be completed in the heart of Kalamaja, which is undergoing a thorough renovation. During the quarter's more than 100-year history, former industrial buildings have been used for a wide variety of purposes, from ship parts to sweets.
