Volta HUB Holiday Campaign Terms:

The campaign is valid for apartment / commercial space reservations from 17 November 2025 to 11 January 2026.
The value of the campaign discount depends on the size of the purchased apartment or commercial space and includes VAT.
Instead of the kitchen or interior credit, a price discount of the same value may be chosen.
The campaign applies when concluding a notarial property agreement.
The kitchen and interior credits are valid for six months from the signing of the real right contract and may be used for purchasing kitchen or interior furnishings from a supplier chosen by the buyer.
The commercial space campaign applies to street-level commercial units for both purchase and rental.
Only one campaign offer applies per apartment or commercial space purchase.
All apartments and commercial spaces include a 3-year warranty.
