In the coming years, Volta will develop into a comprehensive residential and business district, featuring a fully functional micro-infrastructure and a strong sense of community. 120+ years of history

The Volta quarter is named after the Volta factory, dating back to 1899. The Volta plant, which has been producing engines, generators and even submarine and military equipment for more than 100 years, has today stepped down to make room for Tallinn ‘s most stylish seaside mixed-use quarter. Inspired by the rich history of the quarter, each of the homes is a true industrial beauty with a contemporary flare.
