Tallinn’s most stylish seaside residential and business quarter

In the coming years, Volta will develop into a comprehensive residential and business district, featuring a fully functional micro-infrastructure and a strong sense of community. The historic industrial buildings will be revitalized, and they will be complemented by modern A-energy class new builds and high-rises. This will all be done in Endover’s signature style – ultra-high ceilings, large grid windows, and distinctive industrial architecture.

On the pulse of the neighbourhood, Volta HUB will become the largest business and community centre in Northern Tallinn, bringing essential services and retail just a 5-minute walk from Volta residents. Volta HUB will host the most modern fitness club in the Baltics, MyFitness, alongside a vibrant food street. The development will also feature a state-of-the-art padel club and its own kindergarten. Charged with new energy

At the heart of the Volta Quarter lies a 1.5-hectare peaceful landscaped park, winding through the district and offering a serene space to recharge both body and mind. Fitness enthusiasts will soon enjoy access to the world-class MyFitness club and yoga studios, all within Volta. By the end of 2024, residents can play padel at the city’s most stylish new sports centre, Volta Padel. In Volta’s backyard, the Krulli business quarter, akin to a local Silicon Valley, is emerging. Soon, Wise’s headquarters will establish itself in Krulli, laying a significant cornerstone for the development of the local technology hub. Together with Noblessner and Krulli, this once-famous industrial area is transforming into Estonia’s first 15-minute city.

Volta Quarter will become a neighborhood characterized by a strong sense of belonging. 120+ years of history

The Volta quarter is named after the Volta factory, dating back to 1899. The Volta plant, which has been producing engines, generators and even submarine and military equipment for more than 100 years, has today stepped down to make room for Tallinn ‘s most stylish seaside mixed-use quarter. Inspired by the rich history of the quarter, each of the homes is a true industrial beauty with a contemporary flare.
