If an apartment is booked, a booking contract is made with the Buyer who must then pay 2000 euros in advance to confirm the purchase.
2. Contract under law of obligationsA notarial contract of sale is made with the Buyer on the basis of the law of obligations which settles all the details of the transaction. The Buyer is required to pay 20% of the value of the deal to qualify for the contract.
When the apartment is ready for use, a notarial contract under the law of property is made, the Buyer pays the outstanding amount and ownership of the apartment is transferred.
The price of the apartment includes:
- interior finishing according to the selected package
- establishing and connecting
technological networks (water, electricity, sewerage)
- well-maintained yard area
- a parking space
- storage
- notary fees and
levy of contract of sale
- subscription fees of data companies,
cable television, telephone and security system
The cost of a parking space
in the yard is 19 900 euros.
The storage space on the lower floor
costs 5000 euros.

The number of parking and storage spaces is limited. Depending on demand for parking and/or storages spaces there may not be enough space for all buyers and the vendor retains the right not to sell a parking and/or storage space with the property.
