General maintenance, shared space and
external maintenance
1. The façades of the building will be fixed and renewed. They will be painted according to the architect’s design.
2. A new roof will be installed.
3. New exterior doors will be installed.
4. Interior finishing will be done in the hallway.
5. The following replacements will be carried out in the apartments:
° the current windows will be replaced with double-framed timber windows;
° new exterior doors will be installed which meet the requirements of EI30.
6. The interior walls of the lower-level storage space and apartment will be cleaned, current partitions etc. of the storage spaces will be torn down.
7. Timber storage facilities will be built on the lower floor, current floors will be covered with a layer of crushed stone or left as they are according to the architectural development plan.
8. New awnings will be installed above entrances
9. The water meter and rising mains of the municipal sewerage and water intended for consumption will be renovated.
10. A new switchboard and trunk cables will be installed in the building. The main circuit breaker of the apartment is 16A.
11. Data communication cables reaching set-top units will be installed (the ends of the cable will be in the apartment). There will be a double plug socket in the apartment for data cables.
12. Central heating system and radiators will be installed in the building based on the district heating system.
13. The common rooms of the building will be equipped with fire detection and fire alarm systems.
14. The external keypad, cables and finishing elements of the intercom will be installed.
15. The green area and parking lot will be created according to the orientation plan. The parking area and walkways will be covered with pavement stones and illumination will be installed according to current requirements.
16. The apartments for sale will be completed and finished according to the interior design project so that the buyer can move in immediately.
