GALLERY I VOLTA SPACE, FLAVORS & RHYTHMS welcomed visitors to the elegant homes in the 125-year-old Volta Villa

On a warm autumn day, an open house event took place in the newly renovated Volta Quarter, where visitors could take a peek inside the freshly completed historic Volta Villa as well as the industrial lofts in Volta Residences and the Gallery Lofts building.

On-site, guests could enjoy sustainable design, oysters, good music, and sparkling drinks.

The lively atmosphere characteristic of Volta

Businesses in Volta served visitors delectable tastes ranging from sweets by Suhkruingel to pasta and rich paella, which was prepared right before the visitors’ eyes on Uus-Volta Street. Six different types of oysters from France and Ireland were served by Alex-Ander Lepik from Austerium, this year’s Estonian oyster opening champion. The bubbly was provided by ROSÉ by Carre d’Or wine boutique.

In addition to culinary delights, visitors enjoyed great music from forever chic Jana Hallas, as well as dynamic performances by the new generation of street dancers from dotE Studio.

Everyone had the opportunity to acquaint themselves with Porsche’s latest electric cars, which align perfectly with the green and sustainably developed Volta Quarter.

The Volta Villa show apartment opens its doors

Visitors were finally welcomed to step inside the newly completed historic building of Volta Villa, with its century-old architectural heritage restored and revived.

For the first time, guests were invited to see the show apartment, which became the highlight of the day. The apartment exudes an enchanting Modern Parisian style, blending timeless classic elements with contemporary design. The result is a romantically eclectic interior, where every element pays homage to the building’s original style through the harmonious fusion of old and new.

The energy-efficient lofts and apartments with rooftop terraces and balconies in Volta Residences, townhouse-style homes with private courtyards in Volta Gallery Lofts, and unique commercial spaces were also open for viewing.
