Estonian leading real estate developer Endover was awarded IV place among all enterprises at the award gala of TOP100 successful companies in Estonia held in late November.
For 25 years in a row, business newspaper Äripäev has compiled the list of most successful companies in Estonia, based on comparative data in six categories. Calculation is based on annual sales revenue, its increase compared to previous year, annual operating profit and its increase compared to previous year, profitability and return on assets. Endover achieved uniformly strong position in each category, which resulted in an honourable IV place among all companies. The published list is compiled based on the performance in 2017.
“In general, a company is not managed for the purpose of ensuring its place on the list of top companies. High ranking among successful Estonian companies came as a surprise, but it was also a pleasant recognition for company’s development and acknowledgment to our team,” said Robert Laud, the CEO of Endover.
Endover has become the largest real estate developer in Estonia both in terms of the size of the portfolio of residential property and the sales volume. There are ca 50 completed and ongoing building development projects. Today, Endover is responsible for the development of 2,800 apartments and business premises in Põhja-Tallinn, Kristiine, Haabersti, Lasnamäe and Tallinn City Centre.
“Endover’s strength comes from its professional team consisting of approximately 90 employees. We take care of management and administration of entire development chain from planning and product development to construction and sales,” explained Laud.
Endover’s newest projects on sale include historical industrial Klausson Candy Factory at Jahu 5 in the sweetest spot of the city between Kalamaja and Tallinn City Centre and Ambassador at Gonsiori 9, which is renovated as a luxurious residential building in the heart of the city.
Other objects that Endover has put on sale include high-rise building Torn in Kristiine, Volta Lofts (to be completed by the end of this year) in Kalamaja district, Aurora Nova in the greenest part of Haabersti district, Vega (completed at the beginning of this year) in Lasnamäe district, and private boutique house at R. Tobiase 3 in Kadriorg.
In upcoming years, the leading real estate developer in Estonia intends to come up with additional large volumes, including not only the development projects of individual buildings, but entire city blocks. The largest of them are Volta Quarter in the most seaside part of Kalamaja district, Fabrik on the territory of former Baltic Manufacture and a high-rise city block Rocca Towers in the heart of Haabersti and Rocca al Mare districts.
