In a demonstration of their faith in the recovery of the real estate market, Endover today laid the cornerstone on the first highrise apartment block to be erected in Rocca al Mare in the last 10 years. So far, 40% of the apartments and commercial premises in the building have been sold. The tower will attain its maximum height in February and be completed by spring 2021.
“We decided to go ahead with the construction of Rocca Towers because the market is showing strong signs of recovery and our sense of certainty about it has been growing by the day,” explained Robert Laud, a member of the management board of Endover. “Our turnover rose in October to pre-corona levels, in no small part due to sales in Rocca Towers, which reached a record 1.2 million euros.” A total of 40% of the apartments in the complex had been sold by the time construction commenced.
