The €8 million secured bond issue of Volta SKAI OÜ, Estonian company operating under the brand of local real estate developer Endover, was oversubscribed 2.2 times.

Despite the downturn in the real estate market, December was one of the most successful months for Endover last year – 18 transactions were concluded in Tallinn, the turnover amounted to 5 million euros, and about 1,200 square meters of new apartments and commercial premises found their owners.
Today saw the completion of the second highrise in Endover’s Rocca Towers residential and business quarter, which is transforming the silhouette of Tallinn. The majority of homes and commercial premises in the tower have already been handed over to their new owners. Construction of the fourth and final building is due to commence in September, with the quarter as a whole being completed in 2023.
Endover is set to construct four new apartment buildings overlooking Viimsi’s sandy beachfront. The complex will feature penthouses with sea views and rooftop terraces. These exclusive residences, which will be erected on the plots 23 in Haabneeme, will be ready to move into by the end of autumn 2023.
