Upon reserving a business space, a reservation agreement is formed with the buyer and the buyer pays a 2,000 Euro deposit to confirm their desire to make a purchase.
A notarized sales contract under the Law of Obligations is signed with the buyer, where all details of the transaction are agreed upon. The basis of the sales contract under the Law of Obligations is 20% of the sale price of the transaction, paid by the buyer.
When the business space is ready to be transferred, a notarized contract of Property Law is signed.
The buyer pays the remaining part of the sale price and the ownership of the business space is transferred over.
