The limestone administrative building of Mere boulevard 8, known back then as Revaler Spiritfabrik, was completed in 1888 following architect O. R. Knüpffer's blueprints. The building has original spacious rooms with high ceilings. The building's facade is given a glorious impression by large arched windows and beautiful neo-Romanesque and neo-Renaissance details, which were named a cultural monument in 1997.
The building at Mere blvd 8 has three high liquidity commercial premises with long and stable rental agreements for sale. The commercial premises have a strong guarantee and the potential to raise the property value.
The commercial premises include parking spaces in the fenced courtyard of the property. The building's roof and facade have been restored and all telecommunications and utility networks have been replaced. The fresh renovation process provides buyers of the commercial premises a two-year construction warranty.
